Over the past 28 years, Densho has collected more than 1,100 firsthand accounts of the WWII incarceration of Japanese Americans. Moving forward, we’re committed to uncovering and preserving additional #UntoldStories—marginalized and underrepresented voices that deepen our understanding of the history and lasting legacies of incarceration, resettlement, redress, and more.
